2 4 M3 20 mm Allen screws
Directions

Insert the Allen screw in the wheel, as in picture.

Attach the wheel to the frame. The screw goes, on each corner, right under the M5 screw.

Note that the small cone guarantees a small distance to the frame.

Repeat until you set all four wheels.
